Ready to Reserve Your Waters Edge Baby?
We’re honored that you’re considering welcoming a Waters Edge French Bulldog into your family! Our puppies are raised inside our home with hands-on care, intentional socialization, and a structured puppy curriculum beginning at just a few days old.
Before placing a reservation deposit, please complete our Puppy Application or contact us to confirm that the puppy, planned litter, or pick position you’re interested in is still open.
A puppy or pick position is not officially reserved until the required deposit has been received and the Puppy Reservation Agreement has been signed.
How Reservations Work
You may reserve:
- A specific puppy from a current litter, including a puppy ready to go home
- A place in the selection order for an upcoming litter
Reserving a Specific Puppy
If a puppy is available for reservation, your deposit reserves that puppy after we confirm your choice and the puppy’s availability.
Joining the Selection Order for planned breedings/ upcoming litters
If you place a deposit before puppy selections begin, your deposit reserves your place in the selection order—not a specific puppy. Families choose from the puppies available for placement in the order their deposits were received.
Selections typically begin when puppies are about 4 weeks old, after we have evaluated their early development and emerging personalities. We will contact you when it is your turn to choose. Families generally have 24 hours to make their selection.
Waters Edge French Bulldogs reserves the right to retain first pick from any litter before family selections begin\.
Before you place a deposit, we will clearly confirm whether you are reserving a specific puppy or joining the selection order for a planned or upcoming litter. We are happy to answer your questions and help you find the right fit
Reservation Deposits
Standard-Color Reservation — $500
Color-Program Reservation — $1,000
Your deposit is applied toward your puppy’s total purchase price. All reservation deposits are nonrefundable but may be transferred to another available puppy or future litter of equal value for up to one year.
Puppy Investment
Our companion puppies begin at $3,500+, with pricing varying depending on color, genetics, and the individual puppy. Please contact us for current puppy pricing and availability.
All puppies are placed with limited AKC registration and a spay/neuter agreement unless otherwise approved.
Planned Breedings?
Because litter size, gender, color, and individual traits can never be guaranteed, we cannot promise that a particular puppy will be available from a planned breeding. If your preferred puppy is not born or is unavailable when it is your turn to select, your reservation may be transferred to another available puppy or future litter of equal value for up to one year.
Your reservation position will be maintained whenever possible, based on the date and time your deposit was originally received.
Payment Options
Reservation deposits may be paid through Good dog, Venmo or an approved electronic payment method. The remaining balance may be paid through Good dog, Venmo, a secure bank payment link, approved financing through Terrace Pets, or cash at pickup.
Any electronic payment of the remaining balance must be completed 24–48 hours before pickup. Applicable processing fees may be added to electronic or third-party payment options.
Cash payments may be made at the time of pickup. A puppy may not leave Waters Edge French Bulldogs until the full balance has been received and cleared.
What Happens After You Reserve?
You will receive pregnancy and birth announcements, along with regular photos, videos, and milestone updates as your puppy grows. When it is time for puppy selections, families will be contacted in reservation order.
We also share photos and videos on social media daily, so you’re welcome to follow along, share your baby, and stay up to date throughout their journey.

We offer several options to help make bringing your puppy home as smooth and safe as possible:

Transportation availability and fees depend on the location and distance. Any delivery arrangements and associated fees must be agreed upon before your puppy’s scheduled go-home date.
