We’re thrilled to help you welcome a Waters Edge French Bulldog into your family! Our adorable puppies are raised in our home with 24/7 care, becoming well-socialized and a true part of our family. Each puppy comes litter box trained, giving you a fantastic head start on potty training, and is equipped with ENS training for the ultimate puppy experience. Rest assured, every puppy vet-checked, vaccinated, and dewormed, complete with a one-year health guarantee and AKC registered parents. Waters Edge The Cookie Nibbler is an absolute sweetheart and a cherished member of our program since 2023. She’s a stunning Black and Tan French Bulldog who carries both blue (d) and chocolate (b). Cookie is affectionate, playful, and loves to be the center of attention. This will be her first litter, and we are so excited to support her as she steps into motherhood. With her gentle spirit and loving nature, we just know she’s going to be an incredible mom.
To complement Cookie, we’ve selected our exceptional UK import — Waters Edge King Reyes (KENZDUDO RHUMBA BOY). Reyes is a New Shade Isabella & Tan with an outstanding pedigree, a calm temperament, and striking structure. His presence elevates any pairing, and we believe this match is nothing short of perfect.

If you’ve been following us for a while, you’ll remember Reyes—our incredible stud imported from the United Kingdom—New Shade Isabella & Tan -and, Cookie is a stunning Black and Tan who carries both blue (d) and chocolate (b) (at/a) making this litter extra special to us.

Our breeding program is carefully designed to ensure the health and well-being of our French Bulldogs.

We are devoted to the health and happiness of our French Bulldogs. We have been breeding Frenchies for years and our commitment to their wellbeing is unwavering. We require a $500 deposit to reserve one of our puppies. Once we receive the deposit, we list the puppy as reserved, and you will be asked to complete our puppy reservation and sales contracts. All deposits come off total price.. remaining balance due at pickup or if flight is required 7 days before departure. Weekly photoshoots, and live video's on our Facebook page so you can watch your puppy every step of the way until they are in your arms.

All our babies go home with a puppy pack with complete essentials to get started, 30 day free health insurance with Trupanion, first set of vaccinations, & de-wormed accordingly, All puppies are vet checked by our vet, and microchipped. All of our babies are potty trained to use a litter box prior to leaving us. Our puppies come with a one year health guarantee, and a life time of support!
